Under Türkiye’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), Balon Circle (the “Studio”), acting as data controller, processes your personal data within the scope described below. This English version is provided for convenience; the Turkish notice is the legally binding text.

Personal data we process

What you send through the request form or WhatsApp: your name, contact details (phone/email), country/language preference, the description of your tattoo request and any reference links you share.

Purposes of processing

• Evaluating your request and handling booking and consultation processes,
• Contacting you through your preferred channel,
• Meeting our legal obligations.

Legal basis & retention

Your data is processed on the legal bases of KVKK Art. 5/2(c) “establishment or performance of a contract” and Art. 5/2(f) “legitimate interest”; it is deleted within a reasonable period after your request is concluded, subject to statutory retention obligations.

Transfers

Your data may be shared, strictly to the extent the service requires, with the service providers we work with for form infrastructure and email delivery. We do not transfer your data to third parties for marketing.

Your rights

Under KVKK Art. 11 you have the right to access, correct, delete and object to the processing of your data, and to request information. To exercise these rights, reach us through the studio’s contact channels.
