Balon Circle is a boutique tattoo studio in Nişantaşı, one of Istanbul’s most elegant neighbourhoods. Four artists, a small dedicated team and a simple promise: every piece is treated as a one-off project, never a queue number.
“Circle” is how we work, not just what we’re called — guest, artist and team inside the same loop, from your first message to the photo of your healed tattoo.
